Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the HR Specialist and Team Lead, the selected intern will contribute to multiple human resource functions, including:

  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process, including candidate eligibility reviews and assessment coordination.

  • Participating in weekly HR meetings and assisting in special projects as needed.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following educational criteria at the time of application:

  1. Be enrolled in a Master’s degree programme.
  2. Be in the final academic year of a Bachelor’s degree programme.
  3. Have recently graduated (within the past 12 months).
  4. Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship related to HR or management.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent management.
