Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas
Agronomy & Crop Support
- Identify weeds, crop diseases, insects, and nutrient deficiencies
- Support agronomy demonstration trials and field activities
- Assist in planning and executing grower meetings and customer events
- Learn crop protection and crop nutrition best practices
Crop Inputs & Retail Operations
- Assist with fertilizer and crop protection product handling
- Support receiving, shipping, and inventory management
- Learn safe handling procedures for agricultural inputs

Grain & Facility Operations
- Gain hands-on exposure to grain elevator operations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and railcars

Estimated Hourly Salary:

Estimated Monthly Earnings:
